Upon receiving the inquiry from the client, who expressed the need for a 16-24 seat carousel in their message, our project manager promptly contacted the client to understand their requirements. We learned that the client was starting an amusement project in Manila and received details about the site from the client. After understanding the client's specific needs, we provided the client with a comprehensive project design proposal, recommending the necessary equipment to meet their needs effectively.

With the overall project plan finalized, and the contract signed, all equipment entered the production phase. Following the agreement outlined in the contract with the client, we meticulously controlled the details of equipment production to ensure timely and safe manufacturing.

After the completion of equipment production, we proceeded to the packaging and transportation phase. We rigorously controlled the packaging of all equipment to minimize wear and tear during transportation. Our indoor amusement equipment is packaged with industry-standard safety measures. Steel parts are wrapped in cotton cloth, while plastics are protected with bubble wrap, ensuring that the client receives the equipment intact.

However, some customers choose to install the equipment themselves after receiving the goods. Therefore, Beston mainly provides timely online guidance.
