Comprehensive Project In the Philippines

In mid-May, we received an inquiry from a customer on the website, wanting to inquire about the price of our carousel equipment. Our business manager quickly got in touch with the customer and learned that the customer wanted to invest in a comprehensive indoor and outdoor amusement park project, so our business manager, together with the designer, provided the project design proposal for the client.

Since May last year, customers have purchased amusement equipment from our company for 5 times, mainly including 24 seat carousels, ocean track train, 200 square meters indoor playground equipment, 12 electric bumper cars, water village and some indoor game equipment.

The production and delivery of each piece of equipment is basically controlled within about one month. We strictly control the packaging of the equipment to reduce the wear and tear of the equipment during transportation. After the customer receives the goods for inspection, there is basically no question.

After receiving the amusement equipment, the customer decides to install the equipment by themselves. Although we also provide on-site installation services, the customer chose to install by himself after consideration. However, in addition to providing customers with installation drawings and videos, our company also provides timely video installation guidance during the customer's installation process to ensure customers' installation went well.

At present, the installation of indoor and outdoor equipment is about to be completed. The customer is very satisfied with the cooperation attitude of our sales manager, the quality of the amusement equipment, and the installation. We look forward to the smooth operation of the customer's equipment and bring joy to local customers.
