The client's project is a comprehensive one, involving not only investment in amusement equipment, but also establishing a zoo. Therefore, after understanding the client's requirements, our project manager conducted a site inspection at the client's location and provided them with amusement equipment that complements the zoo setting.

Project Communication Stage
Upon receiving the inquiry from the client, our project manager quickly gained an understanding of the client's project situation. In July 2023, they visited the client's site for an inspection to provide a reasonable project design proposal. In September, Beston Rides invited the client to visit our factory, and they were satisfied with our facilities. Subsequently, the project contract was signed.
All Amusement Rides for the Project
· Next was the stage of overall project design and proposal. Based on the client's site conditions and budget requirements, we provided suitable amusement equipment for the zoo project. This included the Chicken Run Kiddie Train (perfectly suited to the overall theme of the zoo), Star Trek Orbit amusement rides, Crown carousel rides, VR equipment, and Box Gift Train rides, etc. The client was very satisfied with the amusement park equipment we recommended.
Equipment Production and Delivery
· After visiting the factory in September, the client quickly finalized the equipment they needed. The next step was the production phase of the amusement equipment, which lasted for about one month. In November, we began arranging the shipment of all the equipment.
On-site Installation In Indonesia
· After all the amusement equipment has been delivered to Indonesia. In December 2023, the client began the installation process. As per prior arrangements with the client, we sent installation engineers to guide the installation on-site, ensuring smooth progress and the proper functioning of the equipment.
