The customer's site is located in the southwestern part of Nigeria, covering an area of approximately 4,500 square meters. The project primarily targets children and families, providing a variety of entertainment options for the local community. Since the outdoor playground opened, it has brought joy to the local residents and provided them with more choices for their daily leisure. From the opening until now, the project has not only brought immense happiness to the local community but has also generated substantial profits for the customer.

Inquiry and Communication Process
· Received the Inquiry:Between June 2022 and July 2022, we received another inquiry from the customer. (The initial inquiry was received in July 2021, and after discussing requirements, we continued to follow up as the customer's project funding was not in place until June 2022 when the project finally started.) The team's task at this point was to design a solution.
Project Confirmation and Design
·In July, after finalizing the equipment plan and layout, we promptly received the customer's advance payment. Subsequently, we began coordinating the production of the factory amusement equipment. Here is a partial design approved by the customer:
Equipment Production and Shipment
· Around July to August 2022, after approximately one month of production, various amusement park equipment such as carousels, pirate ships, teacup rides, children's slides, inflatable slides, etc., were produced according to the contractual agreement and entered the shipment preparation stage.
Online Guidance for Installation
· Upon the arrival of the goods at the customer's site, we provided online video installation guidance as agreed with the customer. This included reminders for installing items such as carousels and pirate ships, emphasizing installation precautions. Guidance was provided during the installation of teacups, ensuring the proper installation of the base, and other instructions to ensure the smooth installation of the customer's equipment.
Successful Installation and Ongoing Collaboration
· Around early April 2023, with guidance from our company engineers and the efforts of the customer's installation team, all equipment was successfully installed and underwent multiple trial runs, achieving operational status. Subsequently, the customer's park had a grand opening! The customer is currently preparing for the second phase of investment. They have confirmed new equipment requirements, and we quickly received the customer's advance payment. Key equipment includes roller coasters, samba balloons, etc. We look forward to receiving feedback from the customer regarding the installation and operation of the roller coaster and samba balloons, and we will promptly update this page with relevant information.
