The customer's site is located in a square in Algeria, initially showing interest in bumper cars, trains, and other equipment. From receiving the client's email in October 2022 to having all equipment operational by July 2023, the entire project took more than 9 months. Since the opening in July 2023 until now, the client's project has been operational for approximately six months.

Requirements Communication
· Upon receiving the client's inquiry, our project manager promptly engaged in a telephone conversation with the client to gain a thorough understanding of their specific requirements. The client expressed an interest in obtaining price quotes for equipment such as trains and bumper cars. We further delved into understanding the client's venue, assisting in the analysis of the site to better tailor a customized solution for their needs.
Bumper Car Site Design Plan
·In late October to early November 2022, our project manager engaged in detailed discussions with the client based on their venue and budget. Recommendations for suitable equipment such as pirate ships, samba balloons, and especially a comprehensive design proposal for the client's interest in the bumper car attraction were provided. The project manager showcased successful cases from our company, which gained approval and recognition from the client.
Production of the Equipment
·In November 2022, after discussions with the client, the final equipment selections were determined. Technical parameters and details such as equipment colors and voltage were reconfirmed with the client. Following the completion of equipment production, SGS testing was conducted, and all tests met the required standards. A comprehensive inspection report was subsequently issued.
Shipping, installation and Operation of the Project
·In April 2023, following the successful testing of all equipment meeting shipping standards, our factory commenced packaging and shipping preparations. By June 2023, the client had completed the installation of all equipment and initiated the testing and debugging process. After the smooth completion of testing and debugging, the client prepared for the trial run.
