Project Service Process Timetable
The entire project, from receiving the inquiry from the Ecuadorian customer in November 2021 to the completion of installation and commencement of operations in August 2022, lasted approximately 9 months. Here is the project timeline:
· November-December 2021: Received inquiry from the Ecuadorian customer. After understanding the needs, we provided a project solution based customer’s site conditions and budget.
· January 2022: Signed a contract with the Ecuadorian customer. Upon receiving the deposit, we began production at the factory.
· May-June 2022: After successful production and debugging, we proceeded with packaging and transportation. Upon arrival of the goods at the port near the customer's location, we promptly notified the customer for inspection and pickup. Beston Rides team also provided online installation guidance for the customer.
· August 2022: Upon completion of installation and debugging of the amusement equipment, the project for the Ecuadorian customer commenced normal operations.
Park Project Design
·After receiving the inquiry from the client, our project manager promptly contacted the client and received the site map provided by them. Based on the specific requirements of the client, we provided an overall project design solution. Here is the initial design drawing provided by the client for their project.


Production Details for Amusement Equipment
· Once the entire project was finalized and the contract was signed, we arranged for the factory to commence production of all equipment. During the equipment production process, we strictly monitored the quality and craftsmanship of our manufactured amusement equipment. We regularly updated the client on the production progress and conducted thorough inspections of the equipment upon completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Although Beston Rides has an installation team to provide clients with one-stop installation services, according to the agreement with the client, they opted to hire local installation workers for the installation of all equipment. Our installation service team promptly provided online installation guidance to the client, sending installation drawings, videos, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the entire installation process.
