Old park, new look! On June 1, the city park in Kyzylorda reopened with a brand-new look. 20 new amusement rides from Beston Rides were ready to welcome the first batch of tourists. Let’s take a look at the park’s renovation process!
Challenge: Equipment Homogeneity and Aging Crisis
The original park’s recreation areas were fragmented and operated by private contractors, resulting in a chaotic fee collection system.
- Equipment Homogeneity: Equipment was highly identical and lacks maintenance. There were even cases of multiple self-control planes appearing at the same time.
- Equipment Aging: The equipment had been in use for a long time with prominent problems such as paint peeling and component rust. Safety risks continued to rise.
Project Goal: Comprehensive Park with Multi-type Rides Integration
To enhance the park’s standardization and playability, our client expected to upgrade the overall equipment functionality and replace outdated equipment to create a leisure and entertainment park suitable for citizens.
Beston Rides Actions to Assist Revitalizing City Park
Product Confirmation
Our client had already made preliminary plans for the site. On this basis, we confirmed the product including roller coaster & swing tower, and presented them to customers in the form of video to facilitate their purchase.
Offline Plan Report
We sincerely invited client to visit us offline:
- Gantt Chart Delivery: In response to delivery pain points, we created a Gantt chart to give client a more intuitive understanding.
- Project Plan Report: The project plan was printed and bound into a book, which is convenient for customers to read at any time.
- Factory Field Trip: We specially invited our client to visit the production line to see the production process and details.
On-site Installation
- Manual Localization: Russian-language specifications were provided to facilitate reference and construction by the local construction team.
- Coordinated Installation: Led by senior engineers, the team collaborated with the local construction team to complete the equipment installation.
