Project manager Sergey, a member of RAPPA, is well-known in the outdoor amusement park industry. His goal is to develop the tourism and entertainment industry in his hometown of Tambov. Due to Tambov's long, cold winters, children lack suitable indoor recreational facilities. Therefore, Sergei and an investor decided to build a large indoor amusement park, making it a unique leisure complex in the Tambov region.
