Great news! The outdoor playground project in Chile has been successfully delivered, and the client's amusement rides are now open for business! Congratulations to the client on their successful venture. The project began with receiving an inquiry from the client on our website in March 2023, and we established contact with them. By September, the outdoor park equipment was successfully installed and operational, marking a total project duration of six months. The project progressed smoothly, and the client is highly satisfied with both our service and the appearance and quality of the amusement equipment. Now, let's take a look at the entire service process of the project.
The client operates an egg-themed design project in a city in Chile, with a total site area of 6000 square meters. They intend to use half of the remaining space to install playground equipment. However, there is a competitor within a 1-kilometer radius. After conducting research on the client's competitor, our project manager recommended differentiated playground equipment to the client. We suggested some high-quality equipment with long operating times. The client accepted our recommendations.

· In March 2023, we received an inquiry from the client on our website and began the process of establishing contact with them to understand the details of their project.
· By the end of March 2023, the entire project was designed, communicated with the client, and equipment was finalized. We received the client's advance payment.
· In May 2023, all playground equipment was manufactured, and we arranged for shipment from the factory.
· In September 2023, all playground equipment was installed in Chile, and the client commenced operations.
Received the Inquiry and Communication
·In March 2023, we received an inquiry from a Chilean client who expressed interest in obtaining a price list of our company's products. Our project manager promptly contacted the client and conducted an analysis of their project. We tailored a competitive equipment procurement plan and an overall project solution specifically for the client's needs.
Production of Amusement Rides
· By the end of March, following discussions with the client, the entire project and the procurement of amusement equipment (including carousel ride, mini ferris wheel ride, kiddie swing ride, kids trampoline, mini pendulum ride, etc) were finalized, and contracts were signed by both parties. Shortly thereafter, we received the client's advance payment, and we immediately arranged for the factory to commence equipment production. The production process took approximately one month, and by May, all amusement equipment was manufactured.
Shipping Details and Installation
· After the production of all amusement park equipment was completed, our factory packaged and shipped the equipment according to the terms of the contract. Upon arrival in Chile, the client began the installation process. During installation, our installation engineers provided timely guidance to the client, including online video instructions and supplying necessary installation materials, ensuring the smooth installation of all equipment.
Open for Business
· In September 2023, with guidance from our installation engineers, all playground equipment for the outdoor project in Chile has been successfully installed. Pre-operational testing was completed, meeting the conditions for official operation. On the opening day of the client's project and every day since, it has attracted numerous customers from the surrounding area.
